Footballers have the hold up, hippies have the hacky sack and us nerds... we have Feel Flux! This anti-stress and skill game uses the laws of physics to give you the feeling that you can control time and slow down gravity at the same time. Sounds like black magic at first, doesn't it? But don't worry, it can all be explained quite rationally ;)

When you unpack your Feel Flux skill set, you will be holding two solid aluminum cylinders in your hands, which are covered in red leather. You will also find an inconspicuous-looking metal ball. So far, so good. But as soon as you drop the ball into one of the cylinders, you'll be amazed: Instead of simply falling through, the ball glides almost majestically and slowly through the aluminum tunnel. Now grab the other cylinder and catch the ball as soon as it has left the first cylinder! With a little practice, you'll soon be juggling the ball as if you were a born juggler!

But why does the ball defy gravity?

Well, it's made of neodymium, so it's an extremely strong magnet. If you drop this magnet into the aluminum cylinder, this causes a change in the magnetic field inside it. According to Faraday induction, this creates a voltage, also known as electromotive force. The eddy currents it induces generate another magnetic field. This is where Lenz's rule comes into effect. It states that the magnetic field generated by the induced currents is always directed towards the cause of their creation - i.e. the falling sphere. This ball therefore floats very slowly through the cylinder.

So let's summarize: You + Feel Flux = Magneto. Fortunately, thanks to the high-quality materials used in the set, you won't even get the idea of hunting mutants. The leather strap literally clings to your hands and even when they are not in use, the aluminum cylinders simply look incredibly classy. So what are you waiting for? Get your skillset and immerse yourself in the world of physics! And as we all know, magic is physics by design! ;)

Finally, we would like to point out that neodymium magnets are significantly stronger than normal magnets. So please make sure to keep a safe distance of approx. 30 cm from certain devices such as hard drives, cell phones, medical equipment and other magnetic objects. To protect your neodymium magnetic ball as well as devices and other magnetic objects from damage, there is the Feel Flux Magnet Shield specially designed by the manufacturer.
